S.F. Build-fiber is now widely used in concrete/cement
mortar/cementitious plastering material in the world. It can remarkably

First, the splitting resistance was improved and the crazing index was
greatly reduced; the second, barrier property was improved, primarily
control the water permeability; the third, the resistance to impact was
increased by 3-4 times, the fastness of concrete was greatly improved;
the fourth, the toughness was obviously improved and the bending
strength was greatly improved.
In the 1990s, Durafiber (US) came into our country and applied in key
building engineering. Now, the fiber has been well received by the
building industry of our country. But it is impossible to use it on a
large scale because of its high price.
For realizing the new type building fiber made in our country, reducing
greatly engineering costs and meeting the development demands in our
building field, our company had developed S.F. Buildfiber successfully
in 2002, and it has formed the capability of producing 5000T this kind
of fiber a year. The products is made of PP/PE/PET and spun in
particular process. After its surface coated with activation, it
possesses the merits as follows: good acid and alkali resistance and
resistance to ageing, high elastic modular, excellent dispersion
quality, low density, and so on. The product does not join together,
distributes evenly in concrete and has good affinity for cement and
preserve moisture. Alll of the targets of the fiber reach the standard
